Play & Pleasure

Play & Pleasure is a multi session skills and relationship building workshop for men who have sex with men. Inspired by the philosophy of sex positivity, our Peer Support Team have developed the program to help men build the confidence, knowledge and skills necessary to have the sex they want. Play & Pleasure creates a fun, social and informal environment for facilitators to share ideas about sex positivity and how to achieve a more healthy relationship, while providing up to date information and fulfilling skills to take home and improve your own sex life! Each session is hosted in the large function room, allowing space for participants to enjoy dinner during the session and network with other attendees. Read more about each session below - you can choose to attend the sessions that particularly interest you, or come along to every session. Whether you're attending solo, bringing a partner or as part of a group, we hope you'll join us to talk about the sex you want!

What is Sex positivity?

Sex positivity is the simple  idea that healthy, explicitly consensual sex is a positive thing. Being sex positive means maintaining a healthy attitude towards sex and not only valuing the role sex plays in your life, but also your personal sexual needs.  Sex positivity also embraces the idea of being sexually educated and staying safe. Individuals who are sex positive actively decide how and what they want from their sex lives, rather than let others dictate it.
