Why do you feel it’s important for your organisation to sponsor / participate in CBR Fair Day?
Canberra is the Capital of Equality and CBR Fair Day is an event where our strong and proud LGBTIQ+ community can celebrate with friends, family and allies alike. As well as providing a place for Canberra’s LGBTIQ+ community to come together and celebrate, CBR Fair Day is integral to promoting inclusion and fighting discrimination.
What values do you believe your business shares with Fair Day?
The ACT Government’s vision is for Canberra to be the most LGBTIQ+ welcoming and inclusive city in Australia – a city where we are all visible, valued and respected. CBR Fair Day shares this vision by supporting community, embracing intersectionality and acknowledging the significant contributions LGBTIQ+ people and organisations make to the Canberra community.
