Capitalof Equality First Action Plan

Canberra is Australia’s Capital of Equality. The first action plan under the Capital of Equality Strategy sets out how Canberra will continue to grow as Australia’s most LGBTIQ+ welcoming and inclusive city.

The action plan explains the changes that the government wants to make to improve the lives of LGBTIQ+ Canberrans. The government plans to do the things in this action plan before the end of 2020. Two further action plans will build on this work.
