Trevor Daly Fund (TDF)
The TDF is a financial assistance scheme managed by the Council
TDF provides financial assistance to people living with HIV in times of financial hardship and / or to achieve specific goals and life aspirations.
Types of assistance
- Urgent assistance. TDF is available for one off financial assistance in urgent situations during times of hardship or crisis. One-off assistance of up to $200 will be considered twice annually.
- Health and wellbeing - planned goals. TDF is available for assistance towards health and wellbeing goals for example professional or personal development courses to return to work and/or improve confidence and self-esteem. Applications up to $200 will be considered annually.
- Medical assistance. TDF will consider assistance towards the cost of medication and other medical or health related costs.
- Other: Please feel free to send in an application even if it does not fit into any of the above categories. TDF will consider all requests for assistance.
All information supplied by applicants for TDF is covered by Federal and ACT Privacy and Health Records legislation. TDF accepts applications made by individuals along with referral from medical specialists and practitioners.
